Are you the person who keeps websites organised, accurate and performing properly?

If you enjoy updating products, spotting errors others miss, and supporting marketing campaigns behind the scenes, this could be the role that gives you real ownership without the pressure of being “the strategist”.

This is a growing ecommerce business looking for someone to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of its Shopify store while supporting email and social marketing activity.

If you’re currently in a marketing assistant or ecommerce admin role and want more ownership, this will give you it.

What you’ll be doing (and why it matters)

You’ll manage daily updates across the Shopify website, ensuring product titles, descriptions, images, pricing and variants are accurate and up to date.

You’ll monitor stock levels and update availability so customers always see correct information.

You’ll support collection setup, site housekeeping and navigation updates to keep the customer journey smooth.

On the marketing side, you’ll assist with email campaigns, schedule social media posts and upload promotional content across channels.

You’ll also join video calls with external partners, capturing actions and helping coordinate improvements to site performance and digital growth.

This is a role for someone who likes structure, detail and seeing tangible results from their work.

What you’ll need

  • Experience updating Shopify (preferred) or another ecommerce platform

  • Confidence managing product data and stock updates

  • Strong written communication for email and social content

  • Good organisation and the ability to juggle multiple tasks

  • A proactive, hands-on approach

You don’t need to be a strategist. You do need to be organised and reliable.
